Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mr. Parlay application and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility (18+)
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Mr. Parlay. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2) What Mr. Parlay is (and is not)
Mr. Parlay is a tracking and social platform for sports betting activity. Mr. Parlay is not a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers, process bets, or facilitate gambling transactions.
Content in the Service is for tracking/community purposes and does not constitute financial advice. Always gamble responsibly and follow your local laws.
3) Accounts and authentication
The Service uses Firebase Authentication to support sign-in via Apple, Google, and email/password. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity under your account.
4) User content and community
The Service may allow you to create, post, and share content (e.g., slips/parlays, comments) and interact with other users (“User Content”).
A. Your responsibilities
- Do not post illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory content.
- Do not post content that is sexually exploitative or targets minors.
- Do not infringe intellectual property rights.
- Do not upload malware, phishing attempts, scams, or fraud.
- Do not attempt to scrape data, bypass security, or disrupt the Service.
B. License you grant
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Mr. Parlay a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content as necessary to operate and improve the Service (for example, showing posts in feeds/groups, backups, and moderation).
C. Moderation
We may remove content, limit visibility, or suspend/terminate accounts if we reasonably believe content or behavior violates these Terms or harms users or the Service.
5) Purchases and subscriptions
The Service currently does not offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. If we add paid features in the future, additional terms may apply and we will provide notice.
6) Intellectual property
The Service and its branding, design, and software are owned by Mr. Parlay and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law.
7) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT STATS/RESULTS WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
8) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MR. PARLAY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the Service or users.
10) Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service and/or these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice by reasonable means. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
11) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in courts with jurisdiction in Hungary, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
