Mr. Parlay (“Mr. Parlay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a mobile app and related services (the “Service”) for tracking and sharing sports betting activity (e.g., slips/parlays), including social features like feeds, comments, follows, and groups.

2) Age requirement (18+)
Mr. Parlay is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us at support@mrparlay.app.
3) Information we collect
A. Information you provide
- Account & sign-in: information needed to create and access your account via Firebase Authentication (Apple, Google, or email/password). This may include email address and provider identifiers.
- Profile: username, display name, avatar/photo, and any profile fields you choose to add.
- User content & interactions: slips/parlays you post, captions, comments, reactions, follows, and group membership/activity.
- Support: messages you send to support and the information you include.
B. Information collected automatically
- Analytics: app usage events (e.g., screens viewed, feature usage), device/app info (e.g., OS version, app version, language), and basic identifiers used for analytics.
- Crash/diagnostic logs: crash traces, error reports, and performance/diagnostic signals used to improve reliability.
We do not use third-party advertising tracking in Mr. Parlay.
4) How we use information
- Provide and operate the Service (accounts, posts, feeds, groups, and live tracking).
- Maintain safety and integrity (prevent abuse and enforce rules).
- Improve and debug the app (analytics and crash diagnostics).
- Respond to support requests and communicate important Service updates.
5) Legal bases (GDPR)
When the GDPR applies, we process personal data based on: performance of a contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (security, preventing abuse, reliability improvements, analytics/crash diagnostics), and consent where required by law.
6) How information is shared
A. With other users
Your profile and content you post may be visible to other users depending on how you use the Service. Group content is generally visible to group members.
B. With service providers
We use trusted service providers to operate the Service. This includes Google Firebase for authentication, database/storage, analytics, and crash reporting (e.g., Firebase Authentication, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics). These providers process data on our behalf under contractual restrictions.
C. Legal, safety, and enforcement
We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, or enforce our Terms.
D. Business transfers
If Mr. Parlay is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
7) Data retention
We keep information as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. If you request deletion, we delete or de-identify data unless we must retain it for legal/safety reasons. Limited residual copies may remain briefly in backups.
8) Your rights and choices
Depending on your location (including under GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, and request portability of your data. To make a request, email support@mrparlay.app.
You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Hungary, this is typically the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
9) International transfers
Service providers (including Firebase/Google) may process data outside Hungary/EEA. Where required, transfers are protected using appropriate safeguards under applicable law.
10) Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No system is 100% secure. Please protect your account and device.
11) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. If changes are material, we will provide notice in the app or by other reasonable means. The “Last updated” date indicates when it was last revised.
